Normal Noises is an award-winning collection of original short plays by Clara Rodriguez, presented at The Group Rep. The show explores life’s everyday moments, not just the big turning points, but the tiny, intimate sparks that make you want to get out of bed… or stay in it… or somehow do both at once. Each piece captures the humor, tenderness, and quiet absurdity of being human.

As producer, I oversaw the full production, supporting the playwright, coordinating the creative team, managing schedules, and ensuring cast and crew had everything they needed for a seamless run. From logistics to audience experience, my focus was creating a supportive environment where the stories could shine and the ensemble could bring Clara’s distinct voice to life. The result was a cohesive, resonant production that honored the heart and wit of Normal Noises and connected deeply with audiences.
